You are responsible for what you submit. By submitting it you confirm it is accurate, that it is your own information, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us permission to store and use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit other people's personal data, photographs of anyone else without their consent, or content that is unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, or intended to deceive.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, stalk or defraud anyone you meet through the service; request money, gifts, investments or crypto from other users; impersonate anyone; scrape or resell our content; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site; or use it to distribute spam, malware or unlawful material.
We do not verify identity, criminal records, marital status or financial standing of anyone, and we do not guarantee that you will receive introductions, that any introduction will be suitable, or that information given to us by others is true. Use common sense: meet in public places, tell a friend where you are, do not send money to people you have not met, and stop contact if anything feels wrong.
The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may refuse or remove any registration that breaches these terms. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, networks, or events outside our control.
The MatchSphere name, layout, copy and generated images on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of opportunity, or for the conduct of any third party — including anyone you meet through or after using the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for the free registration service, is zero). Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may ask us to delete your registration at any time by emailing support@matchsphere.my. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be raised with us in good faith; if unresolved, they may be brought before the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections given to you by mandatory local consumer law.

MatchSphere 名稱、頁面設計、文案及本站生成圖像歸我們所有或經授權使用。未經書面許可，不得用於商業用途的複製。
在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對間接或後果性損失、機會損失，以及任何第三方的行爲（包括你通過本服務認識或此後接觸的人）承擔責任。責任無法排除時，以你在索賠前十二個月內向我們支付的金額爲限（免費註冊服務即爲零）。本條不排除欺詐責任，也不排除因過失造成的人身傷亡責任。
你可隨時發郵件至 support@matchsphere.my 要求刪除註冊資訊。若違反本條款，我們可暫停或終止你的使用資格。
本條款適用新加坡共和國法律（不含衝突法規則）。爭議應先與我們善意協商；協商不成的，可提交新加坡法院解決。若你爲其他地區的消費者，本條不排除當地強制性消費者保護法賦予你的權利。
